Order Barcodes, Inc. produces bar codes using a rigid quality assurance protocol which ensures
the highest level of accuracy and service. Should we produce a bar code which does not meet your expectations,
please contact us to immediately resolve the problem.
Turnaround
Digital Bar Code Files (EPSymbols)
- Bar codes are generated online and are delivered immediately via email or file download.
Bar code labels
- Most label orders are printed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt during business hours.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Bar code labels
- We will replace free of charge any label that fails ANSI/ISO quality verification or does not accurately
reflect the content provided.
- Orders can be shipped via FedEx (air only), UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
- Freight charges can be placed on the receiver’s account number or be added to their invoice for the order.
NOTE: Freight charges added to the invoice cannot be determined until the order
has been printed.
Cancelling/Changing Order
Digital Bar Code Files (EPSymbols)
- As the Digital Bar Code File orders are created upon order completion, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
Bar code labels
- Bar code label orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the labels have been printed. Orders may be modified or
cancelled before they are printed.
- To request an order to be cancelled or changed, please contact orders@orderbarcodes.com
with your login name and order number. Order Barcodes, Inc. will confirm receipt of the email and notify the client
if order has been printed.
Pricing
At Order Barcodes, Inc., we provide the highest quality products at competitive prices. Should a lower price be found anywhere for the same product, we will work to match or beat that price.
