• Enter Required Fields:
  • Barcode Type: Default entry is Code 128, however users can change selection to:
    • Code 3 of 9
    • 2D Data Matrix
    • 2D QR Code
    • No Barcode (Text Only)
  • Enter Starting Number: This is the value which needs to be encoded in the barcode, and will be the initial value used for the first label printed in the sequence.
    *NOTE: The starting number will automatically increase by '1' for each label printed. *Unless "Identical labels" is selected.
  • Options:
    • Identical Labels: Select this box if labels need to be the same.
    • Hide Human Readable Text: Select this box if you do not want the barcode value to be printed on the label.
  • Enter Total Number of Labels: Enter the total number of labels needed for this sequence of labels.
  • Number of Copies: Default entry is '1', however users can choose "multiple copies" if they need duplicate or more labels printed with the same value. IE: Duplicate copies would be '2' copies of each label printed with same value.
    • Labels with more than '1' copy will automatically be printed on the same roll, unless user selects "Labels Printed on Separate Rolls".
      Note: Requesting separate rolls for each label is charged by qty per roll and costs more.
  • Descriptions: Add description above or below barcode.

Instructions

• Select label size, material and label format
• Select "ORDER NOW" and create an account.
• Download Data Import Worksheet
  
  
• Enter Barcode Number, Descriptions, and Quantity of Labels needed for each GTIN.
  • We are only able to import label quantities in multiples of (250) labels per GTIN.
• Send email to orders@orderbarcodes.com which lets us know Label Size, Material, and Format ID (e.g. U1000), and attach completed worksheet.
  
  Our production team will confirm receipt, and will instruct user to login to site to go through checkout process when new order is ready.

International

We ship anywhere that UPS or FedEx delivers. However, the site currently does not calculate freight for
international shipments. The site enables the user to complete the order without freight added, which
triggers our production team to provide shipping options by email prior to processing an order.

NOTE: We will not ship an international shipment without verifying freight selection.
